Guiding Principles

Academic Emphasis.  We will provide well qualified instructors, engaging curriculum, and purposeful daily lesson plans that will prepare your child for life and learning.

Biblical Enrichment.  We will help to build character in your child with Bible lessons and activities.

Friendly Environment.  We expect students will have fun, make friends, and enjoy school.

The Importance Of Parents / Guardians

We believe that the role of parents / guardians is essential in any educational setting (public school, private school, homeschool, etc).  In addition, we believe that parents have the primary responsibility for teaching the word of God to their children.  Deuteronomy 6:4-7 states “4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”  (NIV)

We want to come alongside parents in training up children in the way they should go  (Proverbs 22:6) and helping them to make disciples who obey what Jesus has commanded (Matthew 28:20).  In addition, we want to help families to provide a high quality education that is both academically challenging and faithful to a Biblical view of the world.  In support of this goal we will incorporate best teaching practices and employ only academically qualified teachers.

God's Word is the standard by which all instruction at the school is measured; however, the instructional program shall seek to achieve the curricular goals without creating unnatural divisions between sacred and secular knowledge. The selection of curriculum and the creation of lesson plans shall take into consideration the spiritual, physical and intellectual development of our students. The school does not seek to take the place of the home or replace the role of a church family.  Instead it seeks to support both in fulfilling their callings.
